Nine star hegemon body art chapter 6456: Change of Ownership of the Star Arm

Long chen

“Fei Shuang, have you thought this through? I only have a 30% chance of success. If I fail, you will face death and the annihilation of your soul,” Long Chen said solemnly, his eyes fixed on Fei Shuang.

“Master Long Chen,” Fei Shuang responded, her tone unwavering, “even if there’s only a one-in-ten-thousand chance, I’m willing to try. You can proceed without hesitation—whatever the outcome, I alone will bear it.”

Moments ago, Long Chen revealed his daring plan: to replace Fei Shuang’s destroyed arm with the Star Arm he had taken from Bing Yi.

When Long Chen proposed this, everyone was stunned. Only then did they realize the true purpose behind his earlier actions. Cutting off Bing Yi’s arm wasn’t just about avenging Fei Shuang—it was part of a grander design.

Fei Shuang was so overwhelmed that she couldn’t find words to respond, while Yue Xiao Qian was consumed with worry.

The Star Arm was inscribed with celestial runes that held cataclysmic power. Worse, it still carried Bing Yi’s will. A single misstep could lead to Fei Shuang’s body being torn apart by its power or her soul obliterated by Bing Yi’s lingering consciousness.

Yet, Fei Shuang’s face showed nothing but determination and hope. Yue Xiao Qian, seeing this, chose to remain silent. She understood that for someone as proud as Fei Shuang, being continuously surpassed was a torment worse than death.

Fei Shuang asked no questions and simply urged Long Chen to proceed. Long Chen, however, felt compelled to warn her of the risks one last time.

When she heard that the chances of success were 30%, Fei Shuang’s face lit up with joy instead of fear.

Seeing her resolve, Long Chen nodded. Her courage alone boosted the odds of success.

“This Star Arm’s power can be suppressed by me,” Long Chen explained, “but its will is something only you can conquer. To fully control its celestial runes, you must subdue Bing Yi’s lingering consciousness and refine it.

“Bing Yi poured all her life force into this arm, treating it as her ultimate weapon rather than relying on any divine artifact. It’s even reinforced by her lifeblood runes, making the will attached to it extraordinarily powerful.”

Fei Shuang smiled faintly. “Master Long Chen, I’ve walked a path of solitude since childhood. Every skill I have was earned with blood and life. My talent may not match Bing Yi’s, but my willpower has never wavered—not even on the edge of death.”

“Good. Let’s begin,” Long Chen said, retrieving the severed Star Arm. The arm shimmered with celestial light, its runes pulsating with ominous energy.

When he attached the Star Arm to Fei Shuang’s shoulder, searing heat erupted, scorching her flesh and sending plumes of smoke into the air. The celestial fire surrounding the arm enveloped Fei Shuang entirely.

Her body trembled involuntarily at first, but she clenched her teeth, refusing to make a sound.

Long Chen couldn’t help but admire her. Fei Shuang was a true warrior, her strength forged in blood and fire.

As he watched her endure, Long Chen was reminded of his own journey and the hardships he had shared with the Dragonblood Legion. Each step he had taken had been grueling, but it was that struggle that had laid the foundation for his current strength.

“The celestial fire will initiate your transformation,” Long Chen continued, “guiding the Star Arm’s power to align with your body. I’ll create a battlefield within you, where you’ll confront Bing Yi’s will. This is your only advantage.

“Are you ready? The real battle is about to begin.”

“Bring it on,” Fei Shuang replied, her eyes closed, her expression resolute. Her body glimmered with starlight, radiant and mysterious.

The Star Arm trembled, releasing a burst of violent energy that shook the space around them. Bing Yi’s furious voice echoed:

“How dare you covet my Star Arm? Die!”

The celestial power surged violently through Fei Shuang, causing her body to convulse. Bright starlight flared around her as thunderous sounds erupted from within. Blood sprayed from her lips, evidence of the struggle against Bing Yi’s overpowering will.

Long Chen’s face darkened. The Star Arm was even more formidable than he had anticipated. Not only did it carry Bing Yi’s will, but a fragment of her divine soul as well—something she had hidden with the intent of using it to resurrect herself.

Fei Shuang and Bing Yi were now locked in a fierce battle for control. Long Chen could only stand by, powerless to intervene.

The minutes dragged on, each one feeling like an eternity. Long Chen’s tension gradually eased as time passed, for every moment Fei Shuang held her ground weakened Bing Yi’s soul.

After three hours, the starlight surrounding Fei Shuang dimmed, and Bing Yi’s aura vanished completely.

“Master Long Chen, I did it,” Fei Shuang said, her voice trembling with exhilaration.

She raised her right arm, marveling at her ability to control the Star Arm. Her expression was one of disbelief, as though she were living in a dream.

But before she could celebrate further, Long Chen pressed a finger to her forehead.

“Master Long Chen, what are you—”

Before she could finish, celestial energy surged from Long Chen’s fingertip, pulling something from the depths of her soul.

“Show yourself!” Long Chen roared.

A shadowy figure emerged, wrapped in dark energy. Bing Yi’s shrill voice screamed, “Long Chen, I curse you to die a miserable death!”
